Man charged with public mischief - Ulladulla

A man is facing court to answer an allegation of public mischief after telling police a piece of takeaway chicken about to be consumed by his son was contaminated.

On 20 June 2012, police from the Shoalhaven Local Area Command were told a man had found a pill inside a piece of takeaway chicken purchased from a South Coast fast food outlet.

After investigations by police from Shoalhaven Local Area Command, a Future Court Attendance Notice was issued to a 27–year-old man from Mollymook Beach.

It will be alleged the pill was from the man’s residence.

He will appear in Milton Local Court on 30 August 2012.

Dr Rip visits Mollymook

Australia's best known surf scientist Rob Brander has come down to Mollymook Surf Life Saving Club today (7/01/12) to give his ‘Science of the Surf’ talk.

The Science of the Surf is a fascinating, entertaining and multiple award winning visual presentation about how our beaches work and behave; from the journey of tiny little sand grains onto your favourite beach, to the massive swell that rolls in during big storms and how to spot a deadly rip current.

Swimmer suffers spine injury at Mollymook Beach

Ambulance helicopter was called to the south end of Mollymook Beach but was not needed.

At the same time a small vessel capsized off Colliers Beach. Marine rescue responded to the scene and all passengers on board were retrieved.

Mollymook beach drive through tourists

Mollymook Beach Catches Naughty 4WD Driver

Two males got there 4wd stuck in sand at Mollymook beach (18 October 2010). Instead of taking a walk on the beautiful stretch of sand, the tourists decided to take their 4WD, before becoming stuck. A tow truck was called and the vehicle was removed from the beach.

$25 million Visit to Mollymook Beach

A Lucky couple believed to be regular visitors from Sydney have won 25Million Oz Lotto yesterday (27April2011). Purchased from the popular Mollymook Beach Newsagency on Beach Rd, the winner had the ticket checked a number of times before she believed it was really true.
