Click to enlargeRock fisherman rescued after 4 hours on the island at Lake Tabourie. The Canberra man was on a fishing weekend getaway and unaware of the storm warnings ventured out early morning.

After several attemps to cross the channel in large swell around mid-morning, he could only sit and wait to be rescued. Ulladulla Police called the Mollymook Surf Rescue to bring the man back to the mainland.
